Lord Search & Selection is deeply committed to contributing to the local community and the environment. Not only do we have a responsibility to grow our business and to maximise opportunities for innovation and development that benefit all our employees, we also recognise that we have a duty of care to our employees, clients and the wider community in which we operate.

Lord Search & Selection are partners in the wider business, civic and sporting community, with staff freely offering their time and expertise in a range of ways in order to ‘give something back’, examples include:

  • Institute of Directors Policy Panel
  • School Governor
  • Education Lead for local branch of Institute of Directors
  • We are even sponsors to our local cricket and football teams!

We undertake a range of environmentally friendly practices, for example:

  • We recycle all waste paper.
